The Game Must Go On!
I don’t know what it is about playing sports in the rain, but I sure do feel like a man when I do. I wonder if its because I’m sticking it to the elements. I’m telling something much greater than I am that I will not run from the storm. Or maybe it reminds me of when you I was young and my mom was so fed up with having all the kids in the house driving her insane that she let us take our chances with catching a cold or being struck by lightning. Whatever the reason I do feel AWESOME after playing ultimate frisbee in the rain.
Rain, Snow, Hail, come what may, but the game must go on!!
